Uncle Mike has now been home for two weeks. Each day he recalls less and less.

Each day he walks less and less.

We know his time is limited, but we will do what we can to make his time more enjoyable and make sure he is comfortable and not in any pain.

Orders for items in stock at our AZ, NJ, RI, and MA shipping partners continue to ship weekly. Print on demand books and poster prints are shipping directly from our printing partners. Items in our Las Vegas Master Warehouse will ship upon our return in July. Out of stock items have reprint lead times of up to 30 days.

Digital items are following their normal patterns.

Uncle Mike came home last week. We’ve been taking care of him pretty much 24/7 since. His physical health is decent – still has pace maker and blood pressure issues, but those were there before the fall and COVID-19. His mental health is a different story…

Orders will continue to ship from our partners in AZ, NJ, RI, and MA.

June 17, 2020: Mike has been home for one week and one day. The first few days he was up and down all night like a pop tart in a broken toaster. His doctor conducted a virtual visit and prescribed him some sleeping pills to help him fall to sleep. They seem to be working. We’ve had visits every three days from the home care nurse, every week from the PT and OT staff, as well as trips to the pharmacy. Overall Uncle Mike is doing well physically. Every day he is able to walk further and do more stuff. His mental health is another story…

May 2020 Update:

5/29/2020: We are not hiring at this time. Over the last few weeks we have had several calls from people seeking jobs. While we wish we were in a position to hire people, we’re small and business has slowed down. If we find ourselves in a position to hire people, we will add a Careers section to our website.

Order status updates can be sent vie email.

Earlier in May: Items in the WhiteFox’s Books of Interest will either ship directly from our printer or are currently in stock in our Massachusetts warehouse. We will be adding departments with inventory in our Arizona and New Jersey warehouses over the coming weeks. If you’re looking for something to read, order from the WhiteFox’s Books of Interest department for fastest shipping.

Back in April we left Nevada to rescue Uncle Mike from the hospital – he fell while walking. Over the seven day trip he contracted COVID-19 and has been in a medical facility ever since as they will not release him to us until he tests negative. We are at his apartment waiting for him to get better so we can take him home.

We’re working closely with our partners and suppliers to continue to ship orders weekly. For print on demand items, lead times have increased to up to three weeks in some cases. Some of the printers we work with are on shut down and we are looking for additional printers to offset the delays. We thank you for your constant patience.

Andrew Rabbitt

Greetings Friends and Fans of Rabbit Valley Comics,

When the COVID-19 outbreak was declared a public health emergency in January by the World Health Organization we had a feeling things were going to change. Rabbit Valley is only able to survive because of our loyal customers who purchase books from us online, at conventions, and through our partners.

Over the past few months we have seen the cancelation or postponement of dozens furry community events including five events where our books would have been sold – and we agree with the hard working staff of the events, canceling/postponging is the right thing to do. That said, the social and financial impact on the creatives in the furry community who rely on conventions can’t be measured.

For over 20 years Rabbit Valley has been publishing and shipping anthropomorphic works to and for the furry community. We have partners in Arizona and New Jersey who are proud to staff Rabbit Valley tables at covnentions and help readers find the best in anthropomorphic literature and artistic works. Both Sean and I do our best to get on-line orders out in a timely manner. While we won’t be at any conventions until June – and only if deemed safe by the states hosting those conventions – we are shipping orders weekly.

Both Sean and I have day jobs which support Rabbit Valley in times of slow on-line orders and when conventions are forced to cancel. Rabbit Valley will be fine. Many of our creative partners and content contributors may not. If you have some spare scratch, you can help by ordering digital copies of their works. Digital books require no shipping, and a larger portion of the sale goes directly to the creators than printed books (as well as require no shipping costs on your part and no going out in public risking exposure on ours). We encourage you to look at all the digital items in our catalog here as well as visit our friends at Bad Dog Books, Radio Comix Digital Store, and our favorite artist K-9.

If you would like us to feature additional digital furry outlets, please email whitefox@rabbitvalley.com with a link.

Thank you for your continued support.
